Male and female options — oral, topical, and injectable. Therapy is subject to results of lab testing and physical exam.
Up to two normal saline I.V.'s per month at no additional cost. Supplemental options are available at cost.
REMS certified Spravato center. Members may use insurance for medication with no extra charge for treatment sessions.

Spravato (esketamine) is a prescription nasal spray used for adults with treatment-resistant depression (TRD) or depressive symptoms in adults with major depressive disorder (MDD). It is a derivative of ketamine, but it is specifically formulated and FDA-approved for psychiatric use.

Stephanie has been in Primary Care since 2017. She graduated with her RN from Arkansas Tech University in 2012 and worked in Med/Surg and ICU while raising three children, serving in the United States Air Force Reserve, and pursuing her Masters in Family Practice.
She served in the Air Force for 13 years with three deployments, and has enjoyed serving Johnson County throughout her entire nursing career. Outside of the clinic, she loves coaching youth volleyball, teaching Sunday School at Knoxville First Baptist Church, and gardening.
